Aaron Haunhorst
President
Aaron Haunhorst is the President of ECI Construction Services, bringing extensive leadership and industry expertise to the company. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Aaron is committed to delivering high-quality commercial construction projects and fostering a culture of excellence at ECI. Actively involved in the community, he serves on the board of DSC in Champaign and is a past board chair for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), advocating for workforce development and industry advancement. He resides in Monticello, IL, with his wife and son, where they are proud to be part of the local community.
Jerry Tadlock
Vice President & Founding Member, ECI Construction Services
Jerry Tadlock is the Vice President and a founding member of ECI Construction Services, originally established as TCT Construction in 2000. A native of Rantoul, IL, Jerry has been a driving force behind the company’s success, leading commercial construction projects for over two decades. As a longtime Project Manager, he has played a key role in building Casey’s General Stores across Central Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. His leadership, expertise, and dedication to quality have made him a respected figure in the industry.
Dan Hutton
Project Manager
Originally from Superior, Wisconsin, Dan Hutton is a long-time Rantoul resident and experienced project manager specializing in underground utilities and site work. Before joining ECI Construction Services, he served as Vice President of Operations at Dig It of Champaign. A journeyman operator, Dan specializes in site clearing, directional boring, and hydrovac excavation. His hands-on experience and leadership ensure efficient project execution and high-quality results.
Aerika Hutton
Chief Financial Officer
Aerika Hutton is a Franklin University graduate with a double major in Accounting and Forensic Accounting. An Urbana, IL native and longtime Rantoul resident, she brings a strategic and analytical approach to ECI Construction Services, where she plays a key role in financial oversight and operational efficiency. A dedicated advocate for the construction industry, Aerika is a past board chair of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Illinois Chapter and has long served as the Safety Committee Chair, championing best practices in workplace safety and industry standards.
Andi Hahn
Accountant
Andi Hahn is a vital part of the ECI Construction Services team, managing human resources and accounts payable with precision and efficiency. With a bachelors degree in marketing and business administration from Western Michigan University, she also applies her expertise to enhance the company’s social media presence. Andi’s attention to detail and strategic mindset help keep financial operations running smoothly while supporting ECI’s brand visibility in the commercial construction industry. With 30 years of self-employment, Andi brings extensive expertise across all facets of business, honed through decades of hands-on experience.
